American Flag Issue
To the Sussex Square Homeowners Association, Henrico County, Virginia
Please allow distinguished war veteran and Medal of Honor winner Col. Van T. Barfoot to fly the American flag on a freestanding flagpole. In addition to the Medal of Honor, Col. Barfoot, has received the Silver Star, Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. It only seems right that he be permitted by the Sussex Square Homeowners Association to fly Old Glory with pride from a mast.
